The Smarter Web Company prospectus in relation to the proposed admission to trading of the Company’s ordinary shares on the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s (“FCA”) Official List, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities, has been approved by the FCA and published by the Company.
Our proposed admission date is Tuesday 3 February, when we will open the day’s trading at the London Stock Exchange. We would love our shareholder community to be part of this special and momentous occasion.
Space at the opening ceremony is extremely limited, which means we are only able to offer a small number of tickets to shareholders. As an important part of our journey and very much part of the team, we felt the fairest way to allocate places was through a random selection.
The raffle is now closed and successful applicants will be notified on Tuesday 27 January.
