First you need to sign up to our service. Please get in touch and we can talk you through the different packages and answer any questions that you have.
When you sign up you will need to pay 50% of your project cost. The 50% balance is then due either when you site goes live or 8 weeks later (whichever comes first). Our hosting charge starts from when you sign up.
After you sign up we will ask you to complete a short design questionnaire.
This allows us to understand what you want and we can then research what other similar companies do. We also look at current design trends, what we know works well from a marketing perspective and other strong external industry websites.
This stage is all about us understanding what you want but adding our design and marketing experience to complement your project.
Your website designer will create a design for you to review and then work with you until you are happy to sign it off.
We offer unlimited revisions until sign off and it’s important that we do not start the build until you are ready.
Please note that once the design is approved and the project moves onto the build stage that any design changes may incur an additional charge.
Once the design is agreed the website will be built. This involves taking the agreed design and coding it so that it works across all different devices and screen sizes.
Every website that we create is responsive (also known as mobile friendly).
At this stage you will also need to supply the words for every page and if it’s an ecommerce website we will show you how to add categories and products to the website.
When the website is ready we will put it live.
If you already own your domain name then we will work through the different options to recommend the best domain configuration for your project.
Regardless of if it is a new domain or an existing domain we will also let Google know to re-index the website starting its journey towards your audience.
Our job does not end when the site goes live. For a lot of clients that is where it starts!
We are here to support you as much or as little as you need and if you need any updates that you cannot or don’t want to do through the CMS we will do them under our hourly support charge.

As each project varies in size and scope, there is no exact timeframe. As a general estimate, most bespoke websites take between 4 and 8 weeks. This can depend on how long the design process takes and also whether the client has the content ready or needs to write it, as that process can take time.
Yes. Our bespoke package allow for upgrades from a lower package to a higher package. This will just be a case of paying the difference between the two packages costs to upgrade. This can be done at any point of the project.
Yes. We provide a hosted solution, meaning all the websites we build are hosted by us using our own content management system (CMS), allowing you to edit your website content. You’ll simply need to pay the annual hosting renewal fee each year.
Absolutely. If you have an existing domain, we can link it to our server once the site is ready to go live. If you have email addresses associated with this domain, they can remain as they are, and we’ll simply update the website records for the domain.
Yes. If you have an existing website and would like to keep your current content, we can use it when building the pages of your new website.
Yes. Every website comes with an easy-to-use content management system (CMS), so you can update text and images anytime, with our team on hand to help if you get stuck.
