The Smarter Web Company prospectus in relation to the proposed admission to trading of the Company’s ordinary shares on the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s (“FCA”) Official List, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities, has been approved by the FCA and published by the Company.
To celebrate this milestone together, we have organised an informal drinks reception on the evening of Tuesday 3 February. Between 7:00pm and 9:00pm, we would be delighted to buy our shareholders a drink and mark this momentous day together.
