All purchases are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any reason.
If you are unable to attend the event, you may apply to transfer your ticket to another person. Requests for ticket transfers must be made in writing and received by the event organiser no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the event. Transfers are subject to approval.
By purchasing a ticket and providing registration details, you agree that the event organiser may collect, store, and process your information for event-related purposes, including sharing relevant details with approved partners involved in delivering the event.
The event organiser reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, location, schedule, or any other aspect of the event where required. Attendees will be informed of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
All participants are expected to behave in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event at the organiser’s discretion, without any entitlement to a refund.
VAT is included in the ticket price (where applicable) and by completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
