Prior to this role, Alexandre was Digital Assets Lead at Accenture, where he advised more than 30 financial institutions on institutional Bitcoin adoption.
Freddie New is the CEO and a co-founder of BHODL plc, a Bitcoin Treasury and Lightning services and infrastructure company listed on the Aquis exchange in the UK. He began his career at Freshfields as a lawyer before the global financial crisis and acted for banks and financial institutions throughout, advising on deals worth in excess of seven billion pounds.
He then transitioned to advising start-up companies, in engineering, fintech and Bitcoin, before moving away from advisory roles and into start-up businesses themselves.
In 2023, he co-founded Bitcoin Policy UK, where as Chief Policy Officer he has provided paytech and Bitcoin industry expertise in submissions to HM Treasury, the FCA, HMRC and to Parliamentary committees, in addition to speaking at conferences worldwide on these and similar topics.
Joe focusses entirely on educating people about, and building businesses on, Bitcoin - nothing else, outside of family, is a higher priority. Previously, Joe studied physics at the University of Oxford, spent a decade as a derivatives trader at Goldman Sachs and others, and has spent the past ten years building technology businesses.
Kwasi Kwarteng is a British statesman, economist, and author of works including War and Gold, who has held senior roles at the heart of UK government, notably as Chancellor of the Exchequer and Business Secretary. A PhD graduate in Economic History from Trinity College, Cambridge, he has combined academic insight with practical leadership in shaping financial and industrial policy, and now serves as Executive Chairman of Stack BTC Plc.
Lance Vitanza is an equity analyst focused on the TMT sector. He was previously a managing director and partner at CRT Capital.
Phong Le is the President and CEO of Strategy, the world’s first and largest Bitcoin Treasury Company and a global leader in AI and business intelligence software.
He became CEO in 2022 after joining the company in 2015, where he previously served in roles including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Strategy, Phong held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Nextel International, and XO Communications. He earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Biomedical and Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Andrew Robinson leads as a Co-Head of Coinbase’s institutional business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and Asia Pacific. The institutional business comprises Coinbase Markets, Coinbase Prime and Crypto-as-a-Service offerings. Andrew is based out of Coinbase’s London office.
Prior to joining Coinbase, Andrew was a senior strategy consultant in A.T. Kearney’s Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice advising clients across industries on value creation, exit strategies and the due diligence process. Before A.T. Kearney, Andrew worked at several investment banks including Lehman Brothers, Jefferies and HSBC in interest rates swaps trading as well as institutional equity sales.
Andrew received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Cabrol joined TOBAM in June 2016 from Butler Investment Advisory where he co-managed the WB Opportunities Fund, a long-short credit fund invested in European corporate High Yield bonds.
Prior to that, he spent 2 years at Barep AM, managing the Barep Global Credit Fund in the same 4 portfolio managers team. From 2003 to 2005, he traded European Government bonds at Caisse des Depots (CDC) and from 2005 IG bonds for one year.
Mr. Cabrol graduated in 1999 from ENSAE (leading French Engineering School) in Statistics, Economics and Finance and has a post-graduate degree in Statistics (with high distinction) from Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI.
Danny has enjoyed a successful international career to date as a banker, senior diplomat, scale
up CEO and NED. Since 2019 Danny has been the CEO of industry-leading cyber security firm Glasswall, and he
is also a non-executive director at Aquis Stock Exchange. Danny was the COO at Blippar, a UK-based augmented reality (AR) pioneer, between 2016 and 2018.
Between 2011 and 2016 Danny was the British Consul General to New York. As the senior British diplomat to New York, he was responsible for promoting the UK's economic profile, foreign policy and national security priorities. Before this diplomatic posting, Danny was appointed by the Mayor of London as the inaugural CEO of London & Partners, the UK capital’s official promotional agency. Previously, Danny was a Managing Director for marketing and communications at the UK government’s trade and investment agency, UKTI.
