About The Client
CCTV Tek supply high quality security equipment and peripherals to retail and trade customers. A customer oriented business who put emphasis on ensuring their customers are satisfied with the products and service provided, whether it be advice in choosing the right products, through to the after sales assistance in dealing with CCTV system set up or general advice.
The Challenge
CCTV Tek offer a wide variety of products so they wanted a multi-level structure consisting of category groups, categories and also products. It was important that both PayPal and SagePay were available as available for offsite payments and that customers could also search the total product database. Prices needed to be displayed with both VAT and excluding VAT and the ability to change banners to promote different offerings was essential. A customer login was also desired to view previous orders along with recent order tracking information.
