They provide a highly-personalised service, so often missing in the industry and have placed candidates in countries all over the world, in the US, UK, Mexico, Germany, Spain, Norway, France, Germany, Italy, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Kuwait to name but a few.
The Challenge
The website needed to be modern and one that both clients and candidates would feel comfortable. Importantly, to reduce administration, the jobs should feed automatically from the existing recruitment software so we used an XML feed to populate the job module within the CMS hourly. Social media, particularly LinkedIn, was also a key requirement so every individual role needed an unique URL to share. Candidates also needed the ability to upload CVs allowing Novi Global to increase their candidate database easily.
