Should you opt for our logo design service, our team of designers will create several different logos after listening to your requirements and we will then take one of these concepts through to a final logo. With our unlimited revision policy you can be confident that you will get the logo that you want as we will keep working on it until you are happy.

Once the logo has been finalised we will supply a complimentary stationary pack; the stationary pack includes the digital files that you will then be able to pass to any printer. As standard we supply one business card, one letter head and one compliments slip. Importantly we also provide a vector based or high quality print ready logo for you to use offline.

Logo Design FAQs

How do I pay for my logo?
Before we work on your project you will be asked to pay. We offer unlimited revisions so we will keep working on your logo until you are happy.
How long will my logo take?
Every project is different but as a general rule we would say 5 working days for a logo and between 2 and 6 weeks for the website depending on the complexity. If you have a specific deadline please get in touch and we will do our best to complete your project within the timescales that you require.
What if I don’t like it?
Tell us! We won’t be offend! The creative design process is very much a two way experience. We may have different ideas or interpret your requirements differently but as we offer unlimited revisions until you are happy as long as you are prepared to work with us we will keep going until we get it perfect.
Is my logo hi-res?
Yes. With our logo package we give you a high resolution copy so that you can resize it without losing any of the clarity (also often referred to as vector file).
How does the process work?
After signing up to our service we ask you to complete a basic design questionnaire. From here one of our team will be assigned to your project and they will then show you a selection of concepts that we have created based on your design questionnaire. If you like any of these we will take the logo through to completion but if you have any changes then please tell us. We will keep working on your logo until you are happy.
Do you outsource design?
No. We complete all work within our office. We are based on the outskirts of Bristol but we work for clients throughout the world. Around 90% of our clients are based in the UK but as we do everything remotely we can work for you wherever you may be.
Who will produce my logo?
We do not outsource any work and all projects are completed by our in-house team of UK designers. You will be able to speak directly within the individual within our business who is working on your project. A manager or director will also be assigned to your project to assist where required.
How many revisions do I get?
We offer unlimited revisions of your logo until you are happy. This is important as most companies will show you several before you pick the logo for your business. We are different as we offer unlimited revisions until you are happy. Initially we will show you a number of designs and then we will keep working on your logo design until you sign off the logo.
